thirty years have elapsed since our first encounter!
Challenging
though the family integration process may have been,

stayed with its unfolding.
Learning
to drive on big, cumbersome vehicles
Revealed
your determination and strength of character,
While
supporting your innate drive for individuation.
You’ve
held strong to being your own person,
Dancing
with the outcomes, good and not-so-good.
Know
that at least one thing has remained steadfast….
My
commitment in support of your growth and development.
